使用哄睡（Lulle）即表示你同意以下条款。

By using Lulle, you agree to the following terms.

1. 许可

1. License

我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的许可，允许你在自己拥有的 Apple 设备上下载和使用哄睡（Lulle）。本应用不得转售、分发或用于任何商业用途。

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use Lulle on Apple devices that you own. The app may not be resold, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose.

2. Subscriptions

部分内容需通过自动续期订阅解锁：

Some content requires an auto-renewing subscription to unlock:

订阅费用在你确认购买时通过你的 Apple 账户扣除；
订阅将自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订；
续期费用在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣除；
你可以随时在设备的「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅；
购买后的当个计费周期内，取消订阅不会退款；已扣费用按 Apple 的标准政策处理。

Subscription fees are charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation;
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period;
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device;
Cancelling during an active billing period does not provide a refund for that period; charges already made are handled under Apple's standard policies.

Some audio content in this app is AI-assisted and human-reviewed. This notice is also available on the About page within the app. All content is intended for sleep aid and relaxation purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

哄睡（Lulle）应用的软件、界面设计、文案与音频内容（包括实时合成的声音）的知识产权归开发者所有。你不得复制、修改、反向工程或基于本应用内容创作衍生作品，法律允许的范围除外。

The intellectual property of the Lulle app — including its software, interface design, copy, and audio content (including real-time synthesized sounds) — belongs to the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the app's content, except to the extent permitted by law.

本应用按「现状」提供。我们不保证应用在任何设备上均无中断或错误。本应用不能替代专业医疗建议；如果你存在持续的睡眠障碍，请咨询医生。在驾驶、操作机械或需要保持清醒的场景中，请勿使用本应用。

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on any device. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice; if you experience persistent sleep disorders, please consult a physician. Do not use this app while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring alertness.

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。开发者的全部责任不超过你在申诉前 12 个月内为订阅支付的费用总额。

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app. The developer's total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

我们可能不时更新本条款。更新后将在本页面发布并修改顶部日期。继续使用本应用即表示接受更新后的条款。
